As part of the connectivity project on the Chemelot site, the new escalation matrix is now in place.
This matrix clarifies who will be involved in the event of an incident or issue, based on the severity of the report, the impact on the service and the duration of the incident. This makes it easier for everyone involved to see what kind of follow-up is needed and when escalation is required.
Its purpose is straightforward: to ensure clear agreements, short lines of communication and a consistent approach whenever an issue arises.
For users on the Chemelot site, this provides better insight into how incidents are handled. Not every report requires the same response. That is exactly why a clear escalation structure helps bring the right people together at the right time.
The escalation matrix supports the further development of the service model and contributes to a careful and practical approach to connectivity support across the site.
